to kya ab meri hight nahi badhrgi
my age 16 hai
5.3 hu
kya ye hight kam nhi h
kam se kam kitna hight hona chahie
aur uske lie hame kitna din yr mehanat krna parega

Aapke parents ki height agar 5.2 ke aaspas hai toh aapki height bhi sahi hai.Par agar aap chahe toh 16 se lekar 23 ki age tak apni height ko post me di hui tips se badha sakte hai.Or mai koi complete time nai bta sakta ki aapko kitna time lagega height badhane me.Yeh sab aapke vansh or aapki body par nirbhar karta hai.Lekin ha 2 months se 8 month me aapki height badh sakti hai.

mere parents ki hight 5.1 meri bhi lagbhag utni hi hai but mere chote Bhai ki hight 5.6 aur mere aur ek frnd hai jiski hight kam hai but baki logo ki achi hai ..to kya mai apni hight badha sakta hun meri age 24 hai

Doctors ka kehna hai ki ham 23 tak height badha sakte hai.Lekin aap try zarur kare shayad aapki height badh jaye.Kyu ki try karne me kuch jata nahi or kuch milega toh fayda aapka hi hai.

Hi meri hight 5 fit 4.5inch h aur main chahta hu ki meri hight lagbhag 5 fit 8 inch ho ....diet bhi theek le rha hu pr hight pr koi prabhao nhi padh rha....to main ab kya kru meri umar 20saal h.....aur mere father ki hight 5ft 8.5 inch h...
